These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this site and non-compliance can result in MSE blocking or restricting access and/or pursuing legal action for any alleged or actual violation fo the Terms and Conditions or appropriate law. All of the afore mentioned actions may be pursued at the sole discretion of MSE and do not require prior notification.
